Kyasat Nadeem is an immigration and asylum specialist at Law Lane Solicitors. He prepares immigration and asylum appeals, primarily for hearings before the First-tier Tribunal.

His work includes human rights claims, asylum and refugee matters, private and family life applications, and cases concerning eligibility for British nationality. He also prepares some cases for the Upper Tribunal and Court of Appeal.

Kyasat represents people from different national and cultural backgrounds who are seeking asylum or permission to remain in the UK. He responds to clients’ concerns with empathy and focus, seeking to understand their circumstances and prepare each case thoroughly before the hearing date.

Kyasat chose immigration and asylum law because it brings together human rights and public law. Immigration decisions can affect a person’s ability to live, work and build a life in the UK.
