Fatima Mahroof is a receptionist at Law Lane Solicitors. She has more than three years’ experience as a receptionist and assists with front-desk management, customer service, client relations and professional communication.

Her work also includes office organisation and coordination, administrative support, data entry and record keeping. Before joining Law Lane Solicitors, Fatima ran her own business and managed other start-ups, gaining experience in business management and day-to-day operations.

Alongside her role, Fatima is studying for an LLB at the University of Law. After completing her undergraduate degree, she plans to take the SQE and qualify as a solicitor.
